A sour second chance for Kiwi.com
dealt with Parsa from Kiwi.com when I had a terrible experience in Paris, last August. (My flight was cancelled, I found this out at the airport despite Kiwi.com being aware of the route cancellation 3 months in advance and failing to notify customers.) Nonetheless, Parsa was apologetic and helpful when I contacted Kiwi.com in September. I was reimbursed a 60% refund for one part of my connecting-flight and a voucher code as compensation. The refund didn't make much of a difference compared to the original price I paid, but the company's response was appreciated. I recently tried to book flights with Kiwi.com again and use the voucher code but was unsuccessful. The payment for my flights was deducted from my visa card but the voucher code was not app****. When I contacted Kiwi.com I was told the code had already been used. They said they could not help me further. The lady was terribly rude and impatient throughout the conversation. NOTE: I DID NOT USE NOR DISTRIBUTE THIS CODE. It's blatant ****************. Now, I am unsure whether the 100-euro discount code provided was ever valid at all and just a gimmick to encourage me to book flights through their sight again. It is to my dismay that an issue has occurred with Kiwi.com for a second time round. I regret giving Kiwi.com a second chance. I strongly advise customers to use your money elsewhere, regardless of the alluring prices and pretentious "support". The lack of accountability and transparency is terrifying considering the price one pays for airline tickets. Please be careful.
