Rude lady, reckless service

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. There is another dry cleaner close by. They lost my husband’s jacket. Sent him from pilar to post. Eventually said they sent the jacket to another client. We had to return AGAIN. The lady is extremely rude, and raised her voice. We actually expected an apology for the inconvenience at least.
