Poor Management

<p>I had me suit recently dry cleaned with this institution. They ruined my suit and the lady was rude to me and was not interested in me requesting to rectify the problem. She also started getting aggresive and told me that she will sell my suit if I do not take it and that I must leave her shop. I did not take my suit.</p> <p>I am busy with legal action against the institution.</p>
