Lady manager is ******** and rude !!!!! ( Centurion Mall Branch)

My wife called this establishment as they have a key bar .......... when a lady answered the phone my wife asked if they stock the Nova Remotes she said yes and it costs R389..... My wife told her that we are looking for the single button one ...... as the single one is normally around R175 ...... This lady ( Portuguese or Greek from the accent ) started screaming at my wife over the phone and said that she doesn't like phone around shoppers and put the phone down in my wife's ear...... I'm standing as my wife's witness as I was sitting next to her and heard everything. Such a rude woman!!!!!! just a wonder her business is still open !!!!!!!!!! Not supporting one of her shops ever again ( Centurion / Mall@ reds / Mall of Africa) All the same owner !!!!!!!!!!!!
