Wrong order delivered and lack of customer support

I placed an order 1658. First it took mor than 2 weeks for the item to be booked and shipped with their courier Aramex. Secondly, I received a wrong order. Lastly, I tried to contact their support team and there is no reappnse to correct the order. Frustrating experience
