Unsatisfied customer

I ordered 2x Liverpool 2024/25 season home jerseys. This was on May 27; now, a week later, I've not received any form of communication from them, including order details or an estimation of when I'll receive the parcel. At this moment, I feel like I am ****med because money left my account, and with no form of communication, this doesn't feel right.

Please Kit Nation, send me my order details and when I'll receive it else refund my money back, because even after following up using your email form of communication, you don't reply after the 48hours you say you will.
