Unhappy customer with Kitnation don't wish any one to buy from this company

Unhappy 😭 customer it's been two months since I ordered from this People,I received order number including shipping message from Aramex,but when I contacted Courier,was told no shipment was received on their site,whereas I was told to believe so,no communication or whatsoever,it's really sucks🤮
