Unhappy customer

This is the worst online website ever. On the 20th July of 2024 I bought a kit and was alerted that my parcel will arrive between 3 to 5 working days now today marks two full weeks without an update regarding my kit however I went to their shipping policy I find out they are utilising aramax services,went to the page only to find out aramax doesn’t know about my tracking number nevertheless I found their email domain was gmail service 😭😭 so in overall I would like to get my funds back as they have failed to provide.
