**** site. I paid, but recieved nothing!

It seems this site is a ****. I paid R799 for a soccer shirt for my son for Christmas on the 23rd of November. I recieved an order and payment confirmation and this was the last I heard from them. Tried contact via email and the chatbot on the website, but no response. Please do not use this site as you will waste your money.
