Order not delivered

Kit Nation must be a **** order 3 man city shirt. 1 medium and 2 Smalls. Receievd only 2 Mediums a month later. I informed them of the error on 24 August and let them know that we can accept the 2 Mediums but need the 3'rd shirt (small). I got a response on 24 August that they would send the remaining small. I am still waiting. I have contacted Kitnation again twice since 24 August and have not receievd a response.
