No communication. Bad Customer service

Ordered with kit nation for over a week now. Since last week. I am still waiting for my delivery. No communication or any updates so far. They are so quite. And now I am started to think that I have been ****med. I emailed them and no respond as yet from them. They are really ****mers. There's no delivery trace or whatsoever. They just took my money and kept quite
