Do yourself a favour, trust the bad reviews. They are as bad as the reviews indicate. I don't think there is any level of integrity in this business. Once they have your money, you might never hear from them again. I placed an order and the same day of the order (23 March 2025) I corrected the size I ordered, from a L to an M. It took 10 e-mails for them to reply to me. Which I got on the 2 April. They asked for my order number so that they could change the size. I confirmed my order number. 14 April I received my order and the size was still incorrect. I've sent in excess of 20 e-mails asking for a change or a refund. They don't care. They've probably even blocked my emails by now. I'm now stuck with an incorrect order that was a gift for someone's birthday. This company only values your money, not customer service, not communication, not even providing you with the correct item you ordered. Move right past this company.
