KitNation WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Good Day, this has to be by far one of the worst customer services that I have received via online shopping. I ordered a kit for my son and I on 8 July 2024, so that his birthday can be extra special, however today, 19 July 2024, I'm still waiting, with no reply to emails or correspondence via *** . To make it worse, Aramex services indicates "no tracking information for this shipment". I'm facing a disappointed son on a daily and wish I knew before NOT to order from this website. As long as they got the money, NO Care At All! 😭😭😭
