KitNation Pathetic service

I placed an order with KitNation on 20 January 2026, under the impression that delivery would occur within their stated 3–7 day window. Unfortunately, the service that followed was entirely substandard.

After 10 days of silence, I attempted to contact support via email multiple times. I received zero responses. I even contacted their logistics partner, Aramex, who were unable to assist because KitNation had failed to generate a tracking number. With no contact number listed on their website, the company is effectively unreachable through official channels.

It was only after conducting my own research on social media that I found a mobile number ***). After sending an SMS on 4 February, I finally received a tracking number—and my package arrived the next day.

This experience was deeply disappointing, especially as the item was intended for a birthday. It raises a serious concern: would my order have been fulfilled at all if I hadn't tracked down a private number? The lack of accountability and the "ghosting" of customers via email is pathetic. I will not be supporting this business again.
