Kitnation did not deliver an entire order and have neither refunded or delivered the missing item. This is theft as they have taken my money and not delivered the product......

Referencing Order #3527
Please will you respond to my query, I would like clarity on, either the delivery of the missing product (1 x shirt detailed below), or a refund.
As it stands currently you have taken my money for a product that has not been delivered, this is theft, and I am considering raising a case with SAPS against KitNation should you not respond within this week.
Please have the courtesy to be more client centric and respond to my repeated queries that I have been asking for a month now. This is the missing item: South Africa Sevens Rugby Replica Home Jersey × 1 Large

25 Nov 2025, 12:11Kitnation have contacted me, offered me a refund, which I accepted, and I have been refunded the amount owing. Although the service was terrible, I did eventually reach a conclusion. However, I have subsequently discovered that Kitnation DID have the product I paid for and even delivered it to the very person I was giving it to *his wife bought it from Kitnation as well)! Why they could not have simply supp**** the item to me I will never know. This company is stretched beyond their capacity and the effort of dealing with them is not worth the service they supply.
