Kit Nation is a **** - Incorrect delivery

Bought two t-shirts online, they delivered one t-shirt. It took almost a month for Kit nation to honour the delivery. When I eventually received the package it was incorrect. It is very difficult to get hold of them, they don’t respond to emails. Their communication is poor. This company is a ****. I have been complaining and asking for an update from the 15th January 2026 when I received the package. They responded on the 16 January that they will investigate, I provided the information they requested to conduct the investigation but to date I have not received any response. I send emails every day, they simply ignoring me. It’s been 8 days of investigating my matter without any feedback. I repeat again this company is a ****.
