Kit Nation is a *****

I placed an order (#4549) on the 8 December 2025 and the status on the kit nation website said it was “On its way” on the 18 December 2025. I waited and followed up on the 12 Jan 2026, only to be told that the order is with Aramex and I must follow up with Aramex. I did and Aramex had no record of the order. I have since been going back and forth with kit nation and to date I have not received the item or a refund. The customer service at kit nation is pathetic and they are *****ing to put it bluntly. I would not recommend this company. Stay away.
