Kit Nation bad communication

I bought a Kaizer chiefs jersey last week, it was on sale R800 since then I haven't heard anything from this people, they said they will send me my order number for me to track my order but nothing. Tried to calk them, their mobile number goes straight to voicemail. They better refund me my money coz they failed.
