HORRIBLE OR NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!

Ordered a jersey on 23 July, which according to their shipping policy was to be delivered in 5 business days. We going for 2 weeks now and I haven't gotten any communication or updates about the order. I've emailed, sent queries it's just dead quiet. When I track the order all I can find is "order awaiting fulfillment ", at this stage I just want my money back as this feels like a ****!!!
