Good product, poor comms

Eventually got my shirt delivered. Was getting very worried when it didn't arrive and I didn't get any communication for weeks (even on my follow-up emails). Very relieved when the courier company finally made contact regarding the delivery. For a while there I thought I'd paid for a shirt and was about to get nothing.
