Excellent product, 3 week late delivery (I thought I was ****med for a second)

I ordered my husband a Bokke Jersey for like R900 on Feb 14 2025 and received it 3 March. I did think it was a ****, in fact I wrote a review on that. I did feel I needed to apologise to the team at Kit Nation and rewrite, though. The jersey washigh quality, my husband LOVES IT! I will be honest the process of shipping was extremely uncomfortable for me, I really thought I was being ****med.. And there was a period of being ghosted a bit. Therefore I will say, I was wrong about the **** and I am so sorry for accusing the team of that. I would recommend that they take off the "Ship in 5 business days" wording on their site though, I believe honesty is the best policy and you as a company have to try to take responsibility for the claims made as well, it is your business after all and more importantly a service people want to trust. I would recommend the brand again, I'd even buy again - BUT I'll make sure its a month or 2 before the day I need it next time just to be safe.
