Despicable customer service

I’m still waiting for communication on where my order is exactly. Placed the order early last week and I’m now unable to track it. I reached out to the company via their contact center online. Reached out to them via a message on instagram. Still no response. At this point, I feel utterly disrespected and just want my money back so I can try and get my partner a soccer T-shirt elsewhere.
