Beyond disappointed

I am beyond disappointed with Kit Nation service, I've placed an order on the 2 August 2024 but till today my parcel haven't been shipped, worse part there's no means of contact, email are not answered. CPA should investigate the legitimacy of this online retail and stop them from ****ming people... Beyond disappointed
