Be cautious with Kitnation, unsure if will ever receive my order

Placed an order with Kitnation. The money went off my account, no order number received. There is no number call this entity. When I emailed them got a response with only these words, “Order no?”. No salutation or anything. Untraceable. Am at a loss on what to do. There are no other business contact details other than the email address on the online form. Website says all orders delayed due to backlog.
