Placed an order online on the 11 Sept 2024. Payment went through on my card. I hav received no confirmation of my order or order status. No email. No response to my numerous messages on their site querying my purchase. I reached out and messaged on Instagram. Still no response acknowledging my purchase or numerous messages! This is now *****! There is no option to comment on IG either
