Too long to get response and no delivery

I requested the above lawyers in 2010 to collect monies owed to me by 6 people different issues as I was not around most of the time due to work. one I was told is paying R20 per month, the other they said they cannot locate though I gave them the address and his names, the third one eventually paid ,and the other one they were busy negotiating with him that was 2010, the others I was told they are paying monthly, sometime during 2011, I said they can give me the money Jantjies paid of which they did, I work in North West so if I don't follow up I don't get any feedback, this year beginning of the year I followed up again, I was sent a death certificate in February of one of my debtors and informed the other no longer working where he use to work , my question to them was why did it have to take a person to die after 4 years nothing was done when the person was alive and the other working,after some thought I had to cancel all of them , I asked them to pay me the monies already paid on Tuesday they sent R112 which I think its a joke as I had been told by them that others were paying where is the money they were paying no record of who paid what and what happened please help sad
