Bad attitude and poor product

After numerous calls to try to get them to fix faults/poor quality product after the initial installation of our doors and windows, they admitted that the handles the installed was of poor quality and they are aware of it. The promise was that they will replace it with better quality handles. We had to call them numerous times again a and when they eventually took my call, Ettiene said to me I will wait forever, because they will not returns o fix their bad work.
