Paid for services that was not delivered as agreed and poor after sale service

I have built a new home with an outside kitchen area. Kitchen4Living installed my home's cupboards and quarts tops in the kitchen and rooms in the house without to many challenges. I then requested them to install cupboard and quarts tops in the outside braai room as well. I have paid upfront for the work in the outside braai room.

They installed most of the cupboard doors except for the corner cupboard door. We also agreed that the tops must be 800 mm. The one side is however 700 mm. When I enquired why the response was that the supplier provided them with a chipped top and therefor they were only able to cut a 700 mm top and not the 800 top as agreed. The quats top also came loose because the corner of the top was not supported with something in the corner.

I mentioned to Bev that I want the 800 mm top for which I have paid and agreed. Beth responded that she will quote me for the new board if I want an 800 mm board installed. I rep**** that I have paid for the 800 mm board and that I am expecting the product I have paid for and they cannot prejudice the customer if the supplier / kitchens4living is at fault.

My fridge was also too high and did not fit in the space in the kitchen. Bev took the cupboard out to make it a bit smaller. A strip also came loose in the dressing room cupboards and needed to be replaced.

Bev mentioned that she will get everything done within 15 days. I mentioned that she can do it in 21 days. It is now thirty seven days and no word from Bev. I sent Bev a message and asked that it must be done within 5 days because she is way over the agreed time. Bev did not respond to my message even after it showed that my message was read.

I am sitting now with a kitchen cupboard half assembled, a cupboard that needs doors, a smaller quart top and a cupboard without a side strip and Kitchens4Living have been fully paid so why would they care about after sale services and incorrect workmanship.
