Faulty appliances passed onto unsuspecting clients by KitchenAid SA/ Wings Group
Be warned everyone. I bought 3 kitchenAid appliances from Bash on black Friday. I delayed using them as I bought them for a new house I was busy building. When I eventually started using them, I ran into issues from the 1st day not on one appliance but all of them. The lid of the kettle opened on its own when I started heating the kettle. I sent it back and it was fixed. After a few days of using it the lid started again not closing. The toaster wouldn't heat up. It didn't work. I sent it back and was told the issue is the element and that this is not covered under warranty. How am I sold a unit that doesn't work and be told it's not under warranty? It never worked. The people responding to me is this Wings Group. Is there KitchenAid SA and Wings Group? Who is who? Faulty appliances are passed onto us unsuspecting clients. I believed I was buying a premium brand but obviously I was wrong. Be very very wary.
