Wonderful service by The Kitchen Studio

We contracted The Kitchen Studio in August 2015 after a referral to completely renovate our kitchen. From day 1 Ravin Maharaj epitomised excellence in service, knowledge and professionalism. He gave us appropriate advice after listening to what we wanted to achieve. From design to installation, Ravin was always available at any time, including weekends, when we called to query one thing or another. Even when we hit several snags, Ravin and his team of contracted builders and installers never gave us excuses or became defensive. They apologised, took responsibility and fixed the snags. The project timeline that we agreed to was 6 weeks and indeed everything was done in 6 weeks. The quality of the finished product is evidence of how Ravin and his entire team approach customer service. We are delighted with the end product but the journey itself was equally rewarding.
