unprofessional and misleading

The company has an excellent showroom...really good ideas but extremely unprofessional. The consultant that initially assisted us, promised us plans for 2 months...still nothing. he avoids phone calls and when I get hold of him on the business line, his excuse was that he was too busy. Thank God, our project did not start yet...I would shudder to think what after sales service is like....Too unprofessional
