Superlative service, going well beyond expectation

We had Kitchen Studio and Granite Studio install our dream kitchen about 12 years ago. One of our cupboard doors required replacement under the kitchen sink, where water had damaged the wood. Upon calling Kitchen Studio, one of the owners got personally involved, and even had the ability to call up my records from 12 years ago! Living fairly close to me, he made it his personal undertaking to visit me and take a look at my requirements. Not only did he visit to check, but he personally delivered a brand new door within a time frame well below what I would have expected them to have been able to produce it, and, at a price that I was blown away by! My interaction with Kitchen Studio and Granite Studio, not only at the initial quotation and installation process, but some 12 years later is the most professional and friendly service I have had the pleasure of experiencing. Anyone can build you a kitchen and install granite, but the added value and pleasure of dealing with both the staff and owners of this establishment, who clearly take pleasure and pride in what they do, is well above and beyond expectation.
