Poor after sale service
I had my kitchen done in 2009 and experienced great before sale service from Kitchen Studio. The kitchen is very nice and I admit I am a very fussy customer. I am somewhat disappointed that Kitchen Studio did not repair some of the things that I pointed out that was wrong with the kitchen cupboards. Although they sent someone out to take a look they failed to fix anything. I would like to use this company again for wardrobes -but they said that it would not be worth it as they work from Pinetown. I have 7 wardrobes to install and this is going to cost between 50-70 thousand?

We are happy to attend to any snags you may have on your kitchen, regardless of the fact that your kitchen is now almost 6yrs old.
We are investigating why all the remedial work that arose last year was not attended to when we did a service call to your home at no charge. However we assure you that although your kitchen is out of guarantee, your remedial work will be assessed & minor remedial work will be done at no charge.
Please bear in mind that even the Kitchen Specialists Association of which we are a member? only recommends a 12 month guarantee by its members. This, we hope, should demonstrate our commitment to your lasting satisfaction.
?Wrt your bedroom cupboards, it was explained to you that we specialise in custom-designed kitchens primarily. We do mainly custom-designed bedrooms & this is almost always when we are doing the kitchen at the same time hence our name The KITCHEN Studio.?
In addition to Pinetown & Hillcrest, we operate from Cape Town, Midrand, Randburg, Durban, Umhlanga, Margate, Ballito & Accra in Ghana?.
Distance is not the issue but rather the fact that we are not setup as a run of the mill/budget type of bedroom-cupboard-only supplier.
