PATHETIC EXPERIENCE
One would think that going to a reputable company / brand would add ease to life and you would get the ROI on your hard earned money - not the case with The Kitchen Studio. They are apparently highly reputed - don't be fooled. We have faced nothing but stress and trauma after I signed the deal. Their convoluted installation process makes you deal with over 7 \responsible"people who work in silos. If anything goes wrong they blame you and expect you to the have the kitchen expertise. Everything comes from durban"

We know that kitchen installations are often complicated.Its therefore our policy to give our customers the benefit of doubt whenever issues arise.Until now weve accommodated all your requests.
1.Your unlicensed electrician was unable to read a drawing & fitted the electrical point incorrectly.We agreed to bear the cost of moving the point because you believed that we should have picked up your electricians error.
2.You chose a fridge from our brochure but bought a different model without informing us.We carried the cost of altering the unit.
3.When your tiler didnt patch the tiles to accommodate our fittings,even after being advised to do so by us,we fitted beadings at no charge.
You were informed of the delay with the Italian accessories & they were fitted when they arrived.
We left your home with the granite intact & returned to find the granite broken where you connected your sink.What are we to deduce from that?
Your threat of complaining on social media if we didnt pass your credit has materialised.Unfortunately your request for a full credit for customized granite that you hand picked & later changed your mind about, wont intimidate us into accommodating such a request
