None repair to damaged kitchen cupboard doors
We had our kitchen cupboards done by Kitchen Studio.As from 8 September 2014 I have been calling Kitchen Studio to come and repair the doors which were falling off but till today no repairs has been done. We are very disappointed with their services. Zanele

According to our records, your order was placed in 2011. When we did a free service call to your home in the 3rd week of October 2014 to adjust doors, we found that the Blum Aventos lift up mechanisms could not be adjusted further.
Although, according to your contract (& according to the guarantee period recommended by the Kitchen Specialists Association of which we are a member), the guarantee on our cupboards is 12 months, we have asked Blum to inspect these fittings.
Should there be a charge to replace them, we will forward a quote to you for your approval.
