A bouquet handed to Kitchen Studio with much gratitude

I would like to give the biggest bouquet to Ravin and his team at Kitchen Studio in Johannesburg for giving us such good service, that they single handedly made up for all the really bad service we encountered as we built our house.

Our good experience started the day I walked into their showroom. My husband and I were retiring and decided to build our dream home In the Cape. I wanted to be completely in charge of all aspects of the design but had no idea what a task that would be.

I discovered that there is a vast difference in attitude, professionalisms and price, when it comes to kitchen manufacturers.

Kitchen Studio stood out head and shoulders above the many kitchen producers I interviewed and received quotes from.

Ravin and his team from the moment we met were welcoming and showed great interest in our project. They made it their business to find out our likes and dislikes, the flow of our lifestyle and our color and texture preferences. Then the design work began, nothing was rushed all my requests were catered for. The design team at Kitchen Studio is headed up by Ravin who is nothing short of magical when it comes taking a difficult space and turning it into an excellent working environment of beauty.

You may think all this time and effort came at an exorbitant price, here is the amazing part, Kitchen Studio, when I compared all the quotes and I was comparing apples with apples, when it came to product material quality, were the most reasonable. Accepting their quote was a “no brained”.

The story is not over, it took us a full three years to complete building this house, this because of the complete lack of professionalism in the building trade especially in the Cape. Kitchen Studio stood by us throughout all our trials and tribulations and when the time finally came to install, they sent in their team on the appointed day at the appointed time and did a seamless beautiful job, without expecting us to pay anything extra.

I would like to thank all the people at Kitchen Studio for the honorable way they treated their contract with us and for the kind and humane way they treated us as customers. Last but not least I would like them to know that everyday I spend in my new home, I think of them when I enjoy the beautiful cabinetry they put into my kitchen, lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms.
