8 month still not complete

Its been 8 months of excuses and passing the buck. Kitchen studio was commisioned to design and install kitchen in our new home. After all deposits paid we were given a schedule that process would take 8 - 10 weeks. we are now 8 months in and not complete (be in snags/ finishing and replacing of handles) the job is not complete. The process and struggles we have endure in getting kitchen studio in to complete work are well documented via email.Their over reliance on 1 employee (lucky) who, if he does not show up to work our job gets moved out. In the last 2 weeks i stated would report their service to hello peter. they hastily sent someone over to insert handles........no adjustments of draws were done and now we cannot even close our draws.......i will not even start talking about our incomplete tv unit which took them 4 month to delivered and has a snag list of note.
