Shocking workmanship and no after sales service

Kitchen King installed my kitchen and study room furniture about 2 years ago. Since then I am battling to get them to repair doors that are literally falling off their hinges, *****s that are sticking out on the outside of the doors, drawers that don't close properly and skew doors. As a last resort I have threatened them with legal action - to no avail.
