6months to fit a kitchen and still incomplete...

The above company had a special whereby bedroom cupboards to the value of R20000 are fitted for free for every kitchen that they furnish. We were required to sign a contract on the day of the quotation to secure this. Two kitchen contracts were given thus entitling us to R40 000 worth of built-in bedroom cupboards.<br> The kitchen carcasses we were told take 6weeks to manufacture from date of payment - this company demands about 90% of its money upfront before any carcasses are brought to site!<br> Thereafter, they will work one day a week if you are lucky to install doors, counter-tops. The staff are unprofessional - never the same workmen on site. The salesman Gesh then becomes a fitter himself.<br> When one calls, they seldom answer. They make hundreds of promises that they never keep - for example, they promise to give you details of other clients they have worked for so that one can view their work but never do this.<br> They promise a neat finish - this never happens, each time one requests for a sturdier drawer or the correct color variant we are asked to pay more for CHANGES - we have never requested CHANGES - merely a completed job that is neat and presentable.
