No satisfaction Supplier

In 2012 we hired Kitchen Delights owned & run by Gareth Roberts. He marketed himself as being turn key with regards to renovations, not just a kitchen company. He promised he had his own team to which could do the whole project which was over R****. That turned out to be a lie, he found different workers every day, most of them ***********, and *******. Our project was supposed to take 4 months. At the end of 4 months not one aspect of our renovation was complete. Months later, the project was still not finished and he listened to nothing . He was seldom on site even though our project was going badly and way past the completion date. He closed for December and left us with an incomplete house. The kitchen was done in drips and drabs over a 4 month period, the end result was less than satisfactory. I bought materials & paid labourers which he failed to do, he never paid me as promised.. He eventually deserted the project which was unfinished, and he had been paid in full. He did not even have the gutters installed. Our cost to complete the project and have the roof fixed, over R150 000.00 and to date he has refused to compensate us even though he was paid in full for the job
