We’ve just had the most awful experience with this company in Hillcrest, KZN. The owner, Kelly Winfield, has got to be the rudest, most unprofessional and egotistical man we’ve ever dealt with. Not only did he change our original specs but he proceeded to argue and raise his voice in our home, to which I had to ask him to lower his voice because of our neighbours in our complex. What was promised to be completed in 3/4 weeks, eventually took 6/7 weeks due to all the corrections that needed to be done. We will never recommend this “man” or his company and people need to be warned of people like him. He needs a serious course of customer relations.
