Empty promises

<p>I paid Kitchen by Design for a full kitchen,scullery and pantry and we agreed on the plans and before they could start they called me to come and finalise the designs and for me to them sign off.That was around March but even today my kitchen is not finished.</p> <p>I would call them to ask as to what's happening and they would promise to come and finish but when they come they would do one thing and vanish again until you call again.they would come only on Saturday and have a nerve to tell you that they where busy somewhere else.</p> <p>Spoke to the owner around June and he also promised me that they will finish my kitchen in a weeks time but to my surprise no one comes to my house till today but their sales person have the never to send me and invoice for the last payment of installation.Some materials are missing but I have paid full amount for it</p> <p> </p>
