Poor Quality Products and Terrible After Sale Service

<p>This company is called Kitchen and Bathroom Zone located in Krugersdorp (West Johannesburg). The owner is Pierre and he sells things that are of cheap quality, convinces you it is good quality and charges high prices for it. In under a year our kitchen unit door came loose and when we called him, he came all aggressive and angry and blamed us for everything. To be noted only 2 adults live in the house, myself and my 60 year old mother and therefore there is minimal wear and tear. Only my mother is there all day. But instead of fixing the problem, he blame-shifts and makes excuses and wants to charge us more to fix his errors. In addition, he also quoted us one price, and then added R5000 to his quote for minor changes. We are fully paid up customers and yet this is happening and he wont fix his mess. The granite is put so badly that it is actually coming loose. </p>
