Disgusting Attitude shown by a staff member

We made an appointment to see Liezel at 09h00 on 31/01/2015 for a quote and design for our built in cupboards. We arrived at the branch only to find Liezl helping someone else and she completely ignored us. No-one else could help us as she had all our measurements. We waited 30 mins to no avail.We left to go to another shop and upon our return she was still busy with the same people and didn't even apologize to us for not keeping to our appointment. It was now 10h10 and we were still waiting. I then asked her how much longer she would be and she rep**** that it would still be a while. She appeared completely unconcerned and unapologetic for having made us wait for more than an hour. Why make an appointment and not keep it? She just didn't give a damn and had a don't care attitude. This was rather appalling behavior shown to clients. This company just lost my business, which was going to be quite a lot since we are re-doing 4 rooms, and I will not be recommending this company to anyone else either.
