This courier company will hold your package until you pay ridiculous refundable insurance amounts. Their website states real-time tracking, but when you track your parcel it only states "package is moving". Then once you take that chance and pay the REFUNDABLE insurance, they will send you another email stating "your city requires stamps for documentation" and they require a further ridiculous amount of money in order to proceed. I have NEVER received so many holdups from any other courier company and would NOT recommend them. Just judging from the grammar and layout of their unprofessional emails, I would consider this company a ****.
