Rude manager and rude service

I'm very disappointed at the service of Kit kat express in Golden highway next to Shoprite. The manager is always rude and when you complain about the wrong prices in the isle she bans you from coming in the shop. The staff is rude like her. The cashier refuses to help and speakes rudely to elderly people. The have zero customer service and they are like that because the manager is like that. I could not get their names because no one in that shop has name tags but I asked to speak to the manager only to be attended by a rude lady. Please speak to her as I am not the only customer that hates their poor customer service.
