Rude manager and disrepectful staff.

I was at the kit kat express store at loved and jeppe in the jhb cbd. I received such bad service and was also disrespected by a lady named Karabo who said she the manager. I bought some products and as i get to the till point the amounts were not the same as the once on the shelf. So i then explained to her that those are not the prices on the shelves and that according to the CPA i pay what i see. She was so rude she tild us that her store doesnt for the CPA and that i came with a bad mentality into the store while as a consumer i have rights and i know that the CPA protects customer. I asked her for the number for the head office. Called them however call disconnected. I have prove that they are dis organised as a store as most of the products are put on incorrect prices. So instead for them to be civil about thus they treated me like ******* cause i made it my right to know my rights. The security also came to me and started raising his voice over me as karabo the so called manager was also insulting me. She is not proffesional at all cause at the till pay point she was serving me at the same time shouting and speaking to someone when i told that is ********* for her to that she said she was doing me a favour. Forgetting its her responsebility to serve customers and respect them.
