Worst customer service and no respect for clients

Saturday afternoon I went shopping with my mum, we ended getting fantastic service from a young gentleman who even loaded our car, we decided to go back and look around to see what they sell for future buys. My mum and I are always involved in charity work and improving our communities. We normally buy bulk stuff for events and to hand over to organizations when arranging fun days for charity, never the less I went to ask Sam Sekgopi to assist in getting a trolley to use for the goodies i had in my hand he told me to find one myself, I was disturb by his poor service and marched up to Zeenith Vintas and Krish Patel, they looked at me and never responded until I caused a scene, Krish went with me to get Sam then Sam **** and said I never asked him, yet I asked twice and was kind about asking him. I am younger than Sam but at the end sales management era we live in puts relationship sales ahead of age. I made a huge scene to get their attention and ended up leaving what we needed for a Morning market we have running weekly. Krish and Zeenith couldn't apologize and neither did they bother to assist me or get Sam to apologize another gentlemen was kind enough to give me their names.
