Very ****y customer service

I got such a horrible experience at KitKat mamelodi. I have never felt so humiliated and frastrated. I went to buy hairpiece and when we got to the till it was lesser than the price that was displayed and the asked the cashier numerous times if the didn't make the mistake and she assured us that everything was correct. When we got to the door the security told us that we were less charged and had to pay the difference. We didn't mind paying the difference but a lady called Thelma came and snatched those hairpiece as if we stole them and believed me when I said it took the whole 2 hours to pay the difference as they were busy sending us from pillar to post. Am highly disappointed and will never visit kit Kat again
