Unhappy customer

I placed an order online the 05/04/2020, to date am still waiting on my order and to make it worse. I have called the head office numerous and have been sent from pillar to post. AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER OR ATLEAST FEEDBACK FROM THE STORE
